CUSTOMER HANDLING STAFF (Code: CH STAFF)
Responsibilities:

  • Give support & solution in handling customer that needs particular treatment
  • Direct communication & negotiation with customer
  • Follow up end to end customer recovery
  • Ensure all customer handling activities & reports are settled and updated within time scale
  • Maintain communication & relationship with customer

Qualifications:

  • Male/female,
  • Having age around 24-30 years old
  • Applicants should be at least a Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Having more than 1 year experienced in the same related field, preferably having customer handling / customer service background / automotive background.
  • Candidates must be Fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Having good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, strong negotiation skill, able to work in team, customer satisfaction minded
  • Candidates must be Computer literate, able to work under pressure, fast learner, available to work overtime, hard worker, and having high interest in automotive
  • Placement : Jakarta – TB Simatupang
