Secretary/ Office Admin (Code: SEK-ADMIN)
Job descriptions:

  • Processing email and documents
  • Make phone calls
  • Make arrangements of schedule and events
  • Organizing archive/ file company
  • Help Collecting information and make reports
  • Communicate with all the people at all levels of the company


  • Female, single,
  • With age less than 30 years old
  • Candidates must be holding minimum D3 (junior/ fresh graduate) or D1 (experienced)
  • Preferably with experience in employee recruitment process
  • Must be computer literate (MS. Office and e-mail)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proactive/ have a high initiative, like to work neat and orderly
  • Having good personality, honest, and good in time management
  • Have ever worked in IT Company/Industry would be an advantage
